Collection statement
Information collected through CloudINX forms
When you submit an enquiry, service configuration, partner referral, partner application, deal registration, benchmark request or other website form, CloudINX collects the information you enter so that it can evaluate and respond to the request, maintain a business record, prevent misuse and manage the resulting customer or partner relationship.
Deal-registration forms may contain personal information about a partner representative and a customer representative. The person submitting that information must be authorised to do so and must have an appropriate lawful basis to share it for the stated business purpose.
Required fields are identified in the relevant form. If required information is not supplied, CloudINX may be unable to evaluate or respond to the request. Promotional communications are optional and are not a condition of submitting a referral, partner application, deal registration or service enquiry.
1. Scope and responsible organisation
This policy applies to the cloudinx.com website and to personal information CloudINX receives through its website forms and related business communications. CloudINX, the business operating this website, is responsible for personal information under its control. The relevant contracting CloudINX entity may provide additional privacy terms in a proposal, order form or agreement.
Privacy contact: sales@cloudinx.com.
2. Information CloudINX may collect
- Names, job titles, company names and business contact details.
- Partner, agent, referrer and customer relationship information.
- Opportunity, quotation, procurement and service requirements.
- Locations, countries, sites, technical requirements and supporting documents voluntarily submitted.
- Website page, submission timestamp, browser or device information and security-related logs generated during use of the website.
- Communication preferences, including optional marketing consent.
CloudINX asks users not to submit passwords, private keys, unrestricted system configurations, government identification documents or unnecessary sensitive personal information through public forms.
3. Why CloudINX uses personal information
- To respond to enquiries and prepare technical or commercial proposals.
- To register, qualify and manage customer opportunities and partner introductions.
- To source and coordinate relevant carrier, cloud, data-centre, satellite, technology or professional-service inputs.
- To administer business relationships, contracts, records and communications.
- To protect the website, prevent spam or misuse and investigate security incidents.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, accounting and governance obligations.
- To send promotional communications only where consent has been provided or another lawful basis permits it.
Depending on the jurisdiction and context, processing may be based on consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate business interests or compliance with legal obligations.
5. Retention and security
CloudINX retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, the business relationship, dispute handling, audit and applicable legal requirements. Unsuccessful or inactive opportunities may be retained for a proportionate period to maintain deal-registration integrity and prevent duplicate submissions.
CloudINX applies reasonable administrative, organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, an individual may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent or information about how personal information has been used or disclosed. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions and record-retention obligations.
Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time by using an unsubscribe facility or emailing sales@cloudinx.com. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent operational communications about an active enquiry, opportunity or service.
Individuals may also raise a concern with the privacy or data-protection authority in their jurisdiction where that right is available.
8. Children
The website and business services are intended for organisations and adult business users. CloudINX does not knowingly seek personal information from children through its business enquiry forms.
9. Changes to this policy
CloudINX may update this policy as its services, website or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this page with its review date.
10. Contact
Privacy requests, questions or complaints may be sent to sales@cloudinx.com. Please describe the request and the relevant relationship or submission so that CloudINX can identify the appropriate record.
