Partner standards

Professional conduct and clear authority boundaries.

Partners and agents must communicate accurately, protect customer information and avoid making commitments that have not been approved in writing.

Representatives may not

  • Bind CloudINX, quote unapproved pricing or guarantee delivery, routes, capacity, latency or availability.
  • Claim exclusivity, customer ownership, supplier certification or government endorsement without written authority.
  • Submit tenders, issue public statements or publish customer or project information on behalf of CloudINX without approval.
  • Offer improper payments, inducements or undisclosed benefits.
  • Share passwords, private keys, classified material or unrestricted security configurations through public forms.

Partner questions

Clear answers before you submit.

01Must I be an approved partner to make a referral?+

No. A referral may be submitted by an authorised business contact. An ongoing partner relationship requires a separate application and written approval.

02Does submission create deal protection or commission?+

No. Any accepted scope, protection, role or commercial treatment must be confirmed separately in writing.

03Can I register an entire company, country or sector?+

No. A registration must describe a specific, identifiable customer opportunity and the partner's material contribution.

04Can CloudINX work with a customer-nominated provider?+

Yes. CloudINX can assess a nominated carrier, cloud, satellite, data-centre or technology provider, or conduct provider-neutral sourcing.

05How is customer information handled?+

Information is processed for qualification, communication and business-record purposes under the CloudINX Collection Statement and Privacy Policy.

06Can a referral become a registered deal?+

Yes. After validation, CloudINX may request additional information and convert a qualified referral into a detailed opportunity record.
